FOX 29 Helps Woman With 12-Year Search For Parents

FOX 29 is getting results and still working to get more for a woman and her 12-year search for her parents.
Virginia Green says she managed to trace her routes back to her parents, one still alive and one dead. But she called Fox 29 when she needed help getting the ashes of her father.
Green says after much research, she learned her father had died after freezing to death in 1994 but couldn't locate her father's grave site or any funeral documents.
Learning of her father's death didn't stop her from searching.
Green was able to locate her father's ashes at the Chelten Hill Cemetery.
After some phone tag, Fox 29 was able to get Green connected with cemetery officials, where she was able to claim her father's ashes.
You may be able to help Green further in her search. She says she learned that she has a sister out there, and that her father went by the nickname "Bigfoot."

Today's weather? Cloudy, muggy, and eventually, stormy. If you get a strong to severe storm, it would probably be lat afternoon and evening. Highs in the upper 70s. Some of the storms will produce locally heavy rain and gusty winds.
This system is from the same cold front that caused the midwest tornadoes. It will also usher in cooler air for the holiday weekend.
