Berks County Chemistry Teacher Charged With Indecent Exposure

A high school chemistry teacher from Antietam High School is in hot water over having an alleged inappropriate relationship with a female student.
Police obtained an arrest warrant for 26-year old Stephen Sanchez of West Lawn, Pa, following an investigation into Sanchez's alleged actions.
Detectives from Berks County performed a forensic interview of the victim. She revealed that during the 2012 school year, she and Sanchez participated in bible sessions at her house.
It was during those sessions that an alleged inappropriate relationship began. Text messages and live web cam chats were also exchanged.
During an interview with detectives, Sanchez admitted to the inappropriate relationship. An arrest warrant was issued and Sanchez surrendered to police on Wednesday, August 19. He was released on unsecured bail.
