Shortly after 9:15am, Skyfox was over the scene of a shooting at 15th and Catherine Street In South Philadelphia.
Police can be seen walking the block looking for evidence. The shooting took place close to Universal Charter School.
Both Universal and the EM Stanton School, at 17th and Christian, were on lock down for approximately two hours as a safety precaution.
Fox 29 has learned that this was a shootout between two men. One man was rushed to Hahnemann Hospital with multiple gunshot wounds. He is listed in stable condition. The other shooter is still at large.
Close to 10 shots were fired. Shell casings littered the street and some cars were pierced with bullet holes.
