The so-called "tanning mom" is back, and she's got plenty to say.
Patricia Krentcil says those child endangerment charges she is facing will never stick.
Krentcil says the case against her will probably be dismissed because there's no evidence. She says she never took her 6-year old daughter into a tanning booth.
And she also admits she had a nervous breakdown following the media backlash from the story, but she says she is doing fine now.
