Suspect Forces Way Through Rear Window To Steal TVs, Computers

PHILADELPHIA -

Philadelphia Police are looking for the man they say forced his way through the rear window of a West Roosevelt Boulevard car dealership and stole two computers and two TVs.

Police say the burglary happened early Monday morning at 4 a.m. at the Metro Auto Sales dealership on the 200 block of West Roosevelt Boulevard.

Surveillance video captured the man attempting to get into the dealership. Police say the man eventually pushed through an air conditioner in a rear window to get into the store.

Once inside, the investigators say the suspect too two 26" TVs, a desktop computer and a laptop - all of it worth $3,100.

Police describe the suspect as a black man in his mid 30s to early 40s, standing 5'5" to 5'7" tall. He was seen wearing a black pull-over hooded sweatshirt with a white and red design on the front with white stripes on the cuffs of his sleeves and waist area.
