PHILADELPHIA -
The Eagles went back to school... literally. On Tuesday, members of the team and Eagles cheerleaders took some time out from practice and read to students at Comegys School in Philadelphia.
The team says the reading event was in recognition of the Brian Dawkins retirement ceremony at Sunday's game against the New York Giants.
Students were treated to stories from the likes of tight end Clay Harbor, defensive tackle Mike Patterson and wide receiver Marvin McNutt.
