YPSILANTI, Mich. (WJBK) -- 23-year-old Paul Joseph Creps of Ypsilanti is accused of preying on underage girls. He was arraigned Wednesday on two counts of criminal sexual conduct.

Detectives will not specify the ages of the victims. Creps is currently being held on a $75,000 cash bond and is in the Washtenaw County Jail.

The Washtenaw County Sheriff said Creps had ongoing sexual relations with underage girls.

"He seemed like a real nice, young kid, polite and everything," said neighbor David Kelly. "It's shocking these days. Seems like everybody's got secrets in a closet."

Creps, who worked in the fast food industry, lives with his parents on McGregor in Ypsilanti near Rawsonville Road and I-94.

From what neighbors know of Creps, charges of criminal sexual conduct with underage girls is quite a surprise.

"That's shocking because Paul's a real nice guy," said neighbor Jessie O'Niel. "He's always been a good neighbor to me."

Again, Creps has been formally charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct. Police are fearful there could be more underage victims. They're asking anybody with information to call the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Department at (734) 973-4884.
