Carmel Bradley & Crew Gear Up For The Susan G. Komen 3-Day Walk

Carmel Bradley kicked cancer!
Carmel's Crew is a group of strong, determined and jovial woman who are going to participate in the upcoming Susan G. Komen 3-Day Walk.
So, who is Carmel?
Carmel Bradley is a 4-year old mother to three. She hails from Donegal, Ireland. In May of 2009, she received a mammogram. She learned that day that she had an aggressive form of breast cancer. Bradley went through both chemotherapy and radiation after a lumpectomy. While she was in treatment, she and the two of her seven sisters who live in the US began talking about the Komen 3-day.
Each member of Carmel's Crew has to raise $2,300 to participate in the 3-day.
Carmel is a survivor and we wish her and her group of ladies best of luck for the walk!

Not the prettiest Friday, but we're ready for a great weekend. Expect scattered showers and thunderstorms throughout the day. After an early high in the upper sixties, temperatures fall & winds pick up out of the chillier northwest. Right now the Memorial Day Weekend looks sunny and cool with highs in the low to mid 60s on Saturday, in the 70s Sunday & Monday. Cooler temps at the shore.
