2 Firefighters Hurt Battling Queen Village House Fire

PHILADELPHIA -
A fire Wednesday night in Philadelphia's Queen Village neighborhood sent two firefighters to the hospital.
The fire started at a home near Third and Monroe streets. The family has lived there for almost 70 years.
Seven adults and two children escaped unharmed.
The firefighters were taken to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in stable condition.
The family's home is a total loss.
Photos of the fire were snapped by our own "Good Day" Anchor Mike Jerrick, who captured the inferno in Queen Village with his cell phone. The images show smoke billowing into the sky.
