PHILADELPHIA -

Eagles quarterback Michael Vick avoided answering questions Wednesday about a photo that he recently Tweeted that appeared to have a box of dog treats in the upper right corner.

Fox 29 first told you about the picture Monday, which shows Vick and his daughter.

We asked the quarterback during a Wednesday news conference if he now has a dog.

"I'm here to strictly talk about football. What goes on in my personal life is not to be talked about," the quarterback told reporters.

Vick spent time in federal prison for running a dog-fighting ring, plus three years on probation, during which he was prohibited from owning a dog. Since that probation ended earlier this year,  but there is nothing illegal about Vick owning a dog today, if he chooses to get a pet.

Thursday weather looks damp and stormy.  It will be mild and muggy to start with spotty showers early followed by afternoon and evening storms.  Highs in the upper 70s with winds out of the SW 5-10 mph. Some of the storms will produce locally heavy rain and gusty winds.

This system is from the same cold front that caused the midwest tornadoes. It will also usher in cooler air for the holiday weekend.
