WASHINGTON -
President Barack Obama and former Gov. Mitt Romney will face-off during the second presidential debate tonight at Hofstra University.
The town-hall format at Tuesday night's debate could make a difference, too, with questions coming from uncommitted voters in the audience.
Obama is seeking rebound from his lackluster performance at the first debate.
Expectations have shifted going into this debate. Before the debate two weeks ago, most expected Obama to win.
Who's going to win tonight? One poll now shows a split of 41 to 37, FOX's Doug Luzader reported.
Just as the finishing touches are made in the debate hall and the camera angles worked out for Tuesday night's big match-up, it may be hard to believe but long voting lines have already formed in Georgia about three weeks before Election Day.
Estimates now show that one-third of all voters will cast their votes before Nov. 6.
That's why the president's campaign is trying to lock in support now. First Lady Michelle Obama was seen on the campaign trail holding up her absentee ballot Monday.
If followers on both sides follow suit in the days to come, any little blip from Tuesday night's debate or the one next week could have an immediate impact.
Obama was running through mock debates Monday at a Virginia resort.
Romney and his debate team, including his sparring partner, Ohio Sen. Rob Portman, spent most of Monday hunkered down.
You can see the debate right here on FOX 29. Our coverage starts at nine. And if you are not near a TV, you can watch a live stream of the debate on our web site, myfoxphilly.com.

It was a gloomy Sunday as the whole area remain socked in with low clouds & fog, drizzle and scattered showers.
The weather remains unsettled through most of the work week. The difference is that it will really warm up -- temperatures soar into the 80s by Tuesday. That mild and humid air mass will fuel afternoon thunderstorms.
By Thursday a cold front moves by bringing more rain. It will also bring drier and cooler weather by Friday as we finally clear out.
