Milford Man Arrested For Allegedly Raping 10-Year-Old Boy

DOVER, Del. -
Delaware State Police say a 54-year-old Milford man was arrested for allegedly raping a 10-year-old boy over the summer.
Ronald Luttrell now faces rape, attempted rape and endangering the welfare of a child charges.
Investigators say the alleged rape happened over a two-day period in July.
An investigation began in September when state police detectives say they learned about the incident, which happened while the suspect was staying at a home on Weeping Willow Court in Dover.
According to police, the victim told a family member about the incident after he was certain Luttrell had moved out of the house.
Luttrell was arrested at a home in Milford on Monday after detectives were able to obtain a warrant for his arrest.
