Assemblyman Paul Moriarty says he was falsely accused of driving drunk and he says he has the video to prove it.
On Friday, Moriarty and his attorney released video they say shows what really happened when he was pulled over in July in Washington Township.
On the video, an officer is seen telling Moriarty that he cut him off.
But Moriarty's lawyer says if you go back and look, his client did nothing wrong.
Instead, he claims the officer drove up to 80 miles-per-hour and through red lights to catch up to the lawmaker.
Moriarty has filed a criminal complaint against the officer.
Police have not commented on the filing.
It was a gloomy Sunday as the whole area remain socked in with low clouds & fog, drizzle and scattered showers.
The weather remains unsettled through most of the work week. The difference is that it will really warm up -- temperatures soar into the 80s by Tuesday. That mild and humid air mass will fuel afternoon thunderstorms.
By Thursday a cold front moves by bringing more rain. It will also bring drier and cooler weather by Friday as we finally clear out.
