What's ailing the Tigers bats? We try to find out

WATERFORD, Mich. (WJBK) - Quiet bats are one of many reasons why the Detroit Tigers trail the San Francisco Giants 2-0 in the World Series.

The team managed to pull together only 2 hits against Giants pitching in Game 2.

"That layoff didn't do them much good," said Riechl Mayne, training director at Virtual Baseball in Waterfod. "Their timing is a bit off."
