The two brothers accused of murdering a 12-year-old girl in Clayton, N.J, appeared in court Friday.

A judge decided 15-year-old Justin and 17-year-old Dante Robinson will stay in police custody until their next hearing on charges in Autumn Pasquale's murder.

Attorneys expect them to be charged as adults.

Autumn will be laid to rest at a funeral Saturday at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Glassboro.

Gloucester County Prosecutor Sean Dalton recently met with Autumn's family. He said, "We wanted to assure them that we're moving forward and that we're 100 percent behind them in making sure that justice is done. We want to make sure that the two individuals responsible for their daughters death are held accountable in the court of law."

FOX 29's Stephanie Esposito has more details in this video report.
