PHILADELPHIA -

Things are slowly getting back to normal after Sandy as SETPA's regional rail, trolleys and bus service returned to normal schedules Wednesday.

Much of SEPTA's service was up and running by Tuesday afternoon, with some exceptions.

Air traffic, for the most part, resumed to normal as well at Philadelphia International Airport.

For some passengers, there still may be delays.

Classes also resumed Wednesday after being closed for two days in Philadelphia.
