EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP, N.J. -
Help is on the way for survivors of superstorm Sandy, courtesy of the Shore Fellowship Church congregation in Egg Harbor Township.
Members have been holding a major food and clothing drive over several days, and members say it is only picking up steam.
"We've got a church from Florida bringing a truck, we've got churches from Albany New York bringing a truck load of stuff, and we got a baseball team coming out of Grand Rapids to help just with the relief efforts," said Pastor Tim Chambers.
Shore Fellowship will be accepting donations through the weekend. They have also been housing members of the Atlantic City Rescue Mission displaced by the storm.
You can drop off items at the church located at 1049 Ocean Heights Avenue in Egg Harbor Township or donate online through their website www.shorefellowship.net.
