PHILADELPHIA -

After months of campaign stops and commercials, Election Day is finally here, and voters are hitting the polls early this morning.

FOX 29 News cameras in Langhorne and elsewhere Tuesday morning showed lines were forming as voters tried to cast their ballots before work.

Hurricane Sandy did impact some polling places in Pennsylvania. In Bucks County, the board of elections had to relocate the Riegelsville Borough voting district. Instead of borough hall, it will now be held at Riegelsville Fire Company on Delaware Road.

Pennsylvania polls opened at 7 a.m. and close at 8 p.m.

And in New Jersey, some counties changed their polling locations because they either don't have power or were damaged by last week's storm. Officials say you should check with your county board of elections before you head out the door.

New Jersey polls opened at 6 a.m. and also close at 8 p.m.

And in Delaware the polls are open 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

President Barack Obama's campaign has come full circle. On Monday night, during his last political rally before the election, the president asked Iowa voters to help him finish what they started four years ago.

More than 20,000 people attended the rally in Des Moines, the same city where he kicked off his first presidential bid in 2008.

"We didn't know what challenges would come when we began this journey," Obama said. "We didn't know how deep the crisis would turn out. But we knew we would get through those challenges the same way this nation always has."

Bruce Springsteen joined the president in Des Moines and also at campaign stops Wisconsin and Ohio.

Republican challenger Mitt Romney has added some last-minute campaign stops in Ohio and Pennsylvania on Tuesday. On Monday night, he promised voters in New Hampshire "real change."

The former Massachusetts governor launched his presidential campaign in New Hampshire in June 2011.

He told the crowd of about 10,000 people that a second term for President Obama could cause another recession.

"You've watched what's happened in this country over the last four years with an independent view," Romney said. "You hoped that President Obama would live up to his promise to bring people together to solve the big problems. He hasn't. I will."

We have a team of reporters across our area this morning talking to voters. Stephanie Esposito is spending the morning in Bucks County, and Steve Keeley is in Margate.
