PONTIAC, Mich. (WJBK) -- Two teenagers were charged Monday afternoon in the murder and robbery of a Pontiac man.

Police say 52-year-old Donnie Clark had just cashed a check on the afternoon of Nov. 1 when he was approached along Auburn Road by a group of teens. Police say James Watkins, 17, and Marquese McCray, 18, eventually shot Clark several times and stole cash from inside his pockets.

Police were able to review surveillance footages from several nearby stores which showed the struggle between Clark and his assailants.

Watkins turned himself in on Friday and McCray was apprehended Sunday evening.

Both are charged with felony murder, armed robbery and two counts of possession of a firearm in commission of a felony.
