A mother in Oklahoma got a hefty fine and then an apology after her three-year-old son took a potty break in their front yard.
Despite objections from mom Ashley Warden, the officer wrote her a ticket for $2,500 for public urination.
The local police chief has since apologized for the ticket and ensured her it was thrown out.
The police department and the mayor say the matter will be addressed with the ticketing officer.
