ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. -

While November in Atlantic City can be a little slow when it comes to tourism and new visitors, this year the New Jersey resort city is having bigger problems than just the changing of the seasons.

In the aftermath of the storm, two major conventions were canceled, both of which were supposed to have largely been attended by New Jersey residents who were impacted by the storm.

On Friday, the Atlantic City Alliance is set to unveil a new campaign that aims to get you back to the Jersey Shore.

The campaign is called "Can DO AC," a play on the previous campaign "DO AC" that ran during the summer. The Atlantic City Alliance says the new slogan is meant to represent the "can do" attitude of Atlantic City.

One visitor tells FOX 29 he has already booked a weekend getaway.

It was a soupy start today. We can expect many clouds, some sun, lots of humidity, and a chance of pop up showers any time. At least it'll be warmer: High around 80-degrees today.

The weather remains unsettled through most of the work week. Warm temps stick around, too. And we do mean stick...because it'll be humid, too.

By Thursday a cold front moves by bringing more rain.  It will also bring drier and cooler weather by Friday as we finally clear out.
