DEPTFORD TOWNSHIP, N.J. -
Inside a Deptford, New Jersey Best Buy, workers are already in the holiday shopping spirit with Christmas music playing and it's not even December yet.
It's not Thanksgiving either yet Black Friday shoppers are already lined up outside of the store.
"They plan on being here for the next five days, Tim Tedesco of Mount Royal, N.J. said.
That's seems a little bit too intense for me."
But Sumara Rembert and her sister said last year they learned the hard way.
"You got to be first in line to get the best," said Rembert. Her sister said they bet the people who were first in line last year and they're happy.
"They had brought a lot of people last year at the last minute and we thought we were going to get something and we didn't," said Luciana Pendleton. They pitched a tent on the sidewalk. It's home until doors open 12 a.m. Friday. It has a mattress, blankets, sleeping bag and table inside.
Rembert said, "People are coming to drop off food so we're good."
These diehard's say it's worth it for big ticket items like flat screen televisions, laptops and game systems like the Wii.
For those who say Black Friday gets earlier every year and is ruining holiday family time, Rembert said, "not if the whole family is here."
"It's become a family tradition. My sister comes out, my brother comes out and my friends come out. We have a blast," said Rembert.
