Eagles' Michael Vick Fails Latest Concussion Test

PHILADELPHIA -

Eagles quarterback Michael Vick has failed his latest post-concussion test, FOX 29 News has confirmed.

Vick will not play in Sunday night's game against the Dallas Cowboys after failing the test that was conducted Wednesday, FOX 29 Sports Director Tom Sredenschek.

The Eagles could have a hard time keeping their losing streak from going to eight games.

Wide receiver DeSean Jackson is out with broken ribs, and running back LeSean McCoy is also expected to miss the game due to his concussion.

Rookie QB Nick Foles will get his third career start, and running back Bryce Brown will get his second start after rushing for 178 yards but fumbling twice in Monday night's loss to the Carolina Panthers.

The Birds are currently listed as a 10 point underdog to the Cowboys.

The last time the Eagles were that big an underdog to Dallas was the first year of the Andy Reid era back in 1999.
