(WJBK) -

A former employee has filed a $29 million federal lawsuit against billionaire real estate developer A. Alfred Taubman claiming he sexually harassed her while she worked as a flight attendant for his airline.

38-year old Nicole Rock of Oakland County worked for Taubman Air Terminals beginning in March of 2005 and according to the lawsuit  was "forced to endure horrific illegal acts by Defendants of a graphic and sexually harassing nature."

Rock states in the suit that throughout the course of her employment she was "subjected to unwelcome sexual advances, sexual comments, physical touching and other conduct of a sexual nature by Taubman."

In addition to the harassment claims, the lawsuit contends Rock was subjected to ridicule after informing Taubman she was pregnant in December of 2009. The "severe conduct" ultimately resulted in her forced resignation on Feb. 13, 2011.

Calls to Rock's attorney were not returned.

So far there has also been no comment from A. Alfred Taubman who has donated millions to the University of Michigan along with the Detroit Institute of Arts.
