The Grand Traverse Pie Company has made pies since 1996. Michigan State University sweethearts Mike and Denise Busley co-founded the company, knowing they wanted to do something that brought joy to people in the mitten.
And if their delicious pies aren't joyous enough, the Busley's pride their business on using only the very best Michigan products and ingredients.
Grand Traverse started with only fruit pies, but now the company has grown to offer quite the variety of over 40 different pies. Their 14 locations also offer much more than their famous desserts. You can visit for lunch or dinner and try one of their many sandwiches, soups, salads, or other food items.
