PHILADELPHIA -

After a day of rain, mild weather is set to return to our area this week, with temperatures in the mid 60s Monday.

FOX 29 Weather Authority says Sunday evening showers will give way to dense fog during the Monday morning rush hour.

In Delaware, a Dense Fog advisory is in effect for Kent and Sussex counties until 9 a.m. The National Weather Service says visibility could be down to a quarter mile or less Monday morning.

By mid-morning, however, FOX 29 Chief Meteorologist Scott Williams says we should begin to see a good amount of sunshine, with temperatures in the mid-60s.

On Tuesday, temperatures will remain in the 60s, but a strong cold front will arrive Tuesday night that is expected to bring cold weather and rain Wednesday.

The rest of the week will remain dry, but chilly.
