Teens smash vehicle into wall - Philadelphia News, Weather and Sports from WTXF FOX 29

A group of teenagers were rescued after they crashed their vehicle into a block wall near 36th Avenue and Broadway.

Authorities say four teens were inside the vehicle when the driver lost control.

The three passengers were rescued by emergency crews.  The driver took off from the scene on foot, but was arrested a short time later.

No names were released in this case.
