Candidate for Cicero president files harassment lawsuit

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -
It's election season in Cicero and charges of corruption are flying on both sides of the race.
Candidate Juan Ochoa Monday filed a lawsuit against Cicero Town President Larry Dominick and others.
Ochoa wants Dominick's job but says Dominick is using Cicero police and town employees to harass Ochoa and his supporters.
The lawsuit also charges that Dominick and his party are fronting another Hispanic candidate in an attempt to draw votes from Ochoa which Dominick's spokesman denies.
