Posted: Updated:
PEORIA, Ariz. -

Peoria Police want your help in identifying a man in an attempted robbery at the Walgreens at 75th Ave and Peoria.

Friday about 9 p.m., the man walked into the Walgreens and gave a note to the clerk demanding money from the register.

The clerk became distraught and could not get the drawer open, forcing the man to leave the store without any money.

He was caught on video and described as a Hispanic male, 5'5" to 5'9", 175 to 210 lbs., brown hair, brown eyes and a bald spot. He also has a tear drop tattoo under his left eye and unknown tattoos on the right and left side if his neck.

The suspect got in the passenger side of a 2006 to 2009 4-door Kia Sorento, gray or silver in color. It has a white sticker on the right side of the rear window.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Peoria Police.
