A New Jersey family that narrowly escaped Superstorm Sandy has a newborn with a special connection to the storm: his middle name is "Hurricane."

Carson Hurricane Turner was born via C-section Wednesday, 12/12/12. And already he was posed clutching a Restore the Shore badge.

His parents and older sister escaped from their Brick Township home by wadding through waist-high flood water.

Debbie said she feared an early labor that night and then again when she learned her home was destroyed.

The Turners will rebuild with the tough little guy in their arms.
