A father and son were arrested after police found meth and drug paraphernalia in their home in the 3300 block of Thunderhead Drive on Tuesday morning.
Police say 56-year-old Arthur Lindsay and 43-year-old Arthur Lindsay Jr. are accused of having drugs and other related items in their possession.
Detectives found 1.75 ounces of meth, items commonly used to sell drugs and a loaded gun in a draw that was unlocked and accessible by two children, ages nine and six, who were at the home.
Lindsay Sr. was arrested and charged with possession of dangerous drugs for sale, possession of dangerous drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held on a $50,000 bond.
Lindsay Jr. was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and domestic violence child abuse. He was released after posting a $20,000 bond.
The two children were given to their mother.
