Philadelphia Police say one of the brothers is now in custody and faces Aggravated Assault and other charges in connection to a SEPTA El shooting last week that injured two people.

16-year old Eric Early is in custody.  He has been charged as an adult with Attempted Murder, Aggravated Assault, Conspiracy and other related charges.  He is being held on $5 million bail.

According to police, 18-year-old Matthew and 16-year-old Eric early got off a train in Southwest Philadelphia late Wednesday night and shot back into the train car.

Investigators believe the argument may have been over a disagreement over that night's Bulls-76ers game.

On Thursday, police released surveillance video of the shooting, which showed the gunman fire into the train car.

Police say Matthew, not Eric, was the shooter.  Police are still searching for Matthew.
