(WJBK) -

Several members of the same family are now facing drug charges after investigators shut down what they're calling an illegal drug ring operating out of two businesses in Shelby Township.

A mother, three sons and two grandsons are now facing several felonies accused of selling K2, ecstasy, marijuana, hydrocodone and even cocaine out of their Citgo gas station and nearby Woodstock Tobacco shop.

Members of the Dabish family were arraigned Tuesday morning before being released on bond.

Speaking briefly on camera, 39-year-old David Dabish denied doing anything wrong. He faces 11 years behind bars, charged with possessing, delivering and manufacturing a controlled substance and maintaining a drug house.

His brother Dabish Dabish faces similar charges. David's sons Audrick and Dedrick are also charged. 18-year-old Audrick facing more than 20 years behind bars for a multitude of drug charges and assaulting a police officer.

At a news conference on Tuesday police said David's 63-year old mother is charged with a 7 year felony for delivery and manufacturing a controlled substance and maintaining a drug house, a 2-year misdemeanor.

During an undercover investigation police seized 4 cars, bank accounts and more than 100-thousand dollars worth of illegal narcotics. All of the charges having other implications for the family as well.

Citgo is making good on it's promise to debrand the station in the wake of the allegations.

In a statement Citgo said:

"We are deeply disappointed to learn that a locally owned station in Shelby Township has been charged with violating our policy and selling these products. Steps to debrand this station are already underway. At Citgo our commitment to local communities continues to be our number one priority that includes helping keep the children in those neighborhoods safe."

Asked about the debranding David Dabish referred us to his attorney saying, "we don't run drug houses. We're innocent until proven guilty."
