Police Report Arrest In Woodbury Fatal Stabbing

Posted: Updated:
WOODBURY, N.J. -

Police in Gloucester County reported Friday that they made an arrest in the murder of a woman earlier this week.

Investigators say 60-year-old Richard Santiago – shown in video from 2004 – stabbed 54-year-old Ramona Johnstone to death at her apartment in Woodbury on Monday night.

Police say Johnstone testified against Santiago in a manslaughter case back in 2006. He was sentenced to nine years behind bars, but he was released on parole in May.
