Reid Stands Firm Despite 11th Loss This Season

PHILADELPHIA -

Philadelphia Eagles head coach Andy Reid coached the final home game of the 2012 season with a loss to the Washington Redskins on Sunday.

Yet many fans are wondering if it was the last home game of his career in Philly.

FOX29 asked Reid about the widespread chatter amongst fans that do not believe he should return to the head coaching position come next season.

"I don't know that," Reid said.  "Nothing to tell you on that.  I'm the coach right now and I'm just coaching.  That's what I'm doing.  The best I possibly can."

Many fans felt it was time for a change.

"It's time for the coach to go," one fan said.

However, others were thankful for the good years.

"He did a good job for us," said Stephen Morris.  "We had a lot of people that were worse."

The Eagles play their final game of the season against the New York Giants on Dec. 30.
