ROSEVILLE, Mich. (WJBK) -- An eleven-year-old girl was robbed in the parking lot of the Macomb Mall, according to Roseville Police.

They tell us the girl was walking with her mother to their car on December 31 when someone snatched her iPhone and then hopped into a white Chevy Malibu.

Police say some witnesses followed the vehicle and told them which direction it was headed.  Officers stopped the car not far from the mall and made an arrest.

They explain the suspect was arraigned on an unarmed robbery charge.  Bond was set at $50,000 no ten percent.  The suspect is currently in the Macomb County Jail.
