Mesa man charged after fatal boat accident - Philadelphia News, Weather and Sports from WTXF FOX 29

A Mesa man is facing charges stemming from the death of a man in March 24, 2012 on Lake Havasu.

26-year-old Richard Allen Timmsen was driving a boat that was pulling 21-year-old Dwarkesh Prasannavathanam on an inner tube behind it.

Deputies say Prasannavathanam fell from an inner tube into the lake and didn't resurface. He wasn't wearing a lifejacket.

Timmsen is charged with felony endangerment, operating under the influence and OUI drugs.
