Suspect wanted for exposing self to Gilbert woman - Philadelphia News, Weather and Sports from WTXF FOX 29

Police need help identifying a suspect they say exposed himself to a woman while she was jogging in December.

The woman was jogging near Higley and Frye Roads when a man riding a bike came up to her and allegedly exposed himself. It happened on Dec. 27, 2012.

The suspect is described as a Black male, 16 to 18-years-old, 5'09"-6' tall, with an athletic medium build.
