Howard McKnight, 22, of Detroit was arraigned Sunday in connection with
a New Year's Eve attack. Police say McKnight approached a couple after
their car got stuck in the snow near Findlay and Bradford.
He's accused of raping the 56-year-old woman while pointing a gun at her husband and threatening to kill them both. Police say he also stole the woman's jewelry and $280. He's charged with rape, kidnapping, armed robbery, assault and other crimes. McKnight is being held on $1 million bond.
