NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) -

The NYPD is looking for a woman who robbed and bit a livery cab driver in the Bronx Monday morning.

The cab picked up the woman at the intersection of Boston Road and Southern Boulevard, police said. The driver drove the woman to in front of 700 White Plains Road, where she then bit the driver on the shoulder and took off with the driver's backpack, which contained some money, police said.

Investigators released an image of the suspect taken from the cab's security camera. The woman appears to be between 20 and 30, police said.

If you have any information you can contact Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS (8477) or www.nypdcrimestoppers.com.
