Eagles' Head Coaching Search Down To 2?

Posted: Updated:
PHILADELPHIA -

It looks like the Philadelphia Eagles' search for a new head coach could finally be coming to an end.

FOX 29's Howard Eskin tells us he would not be surprised if the Eagles had a new head coach in the next 24 hours.

At this point, it appears to be down to two leading candidates.

The front-runner at this hour appears to be Seattle defensive coordinator Gus Bradley.

The Eagles have confirmed that Bradley is coming to town Tuesday for a second interview.

One source told Eskin that Bradley is coming in to finalize a deal with the Eagles.

If a deal does not work out with Bradley, Eskin says former Arizona Cardinals head coach Ken Whisenhunt is the other favorite.

Whisenhunt was interviewed by the Eagles on Monday morning.

Before being head coach in Arizona, Whisenhunt was offensive coordinator in Pittsburgh.

So, it looks like the search is down to two. Stay with "Good Day" and FOX 29 all day for any updates as they happen.
