DETROIT (WJBK) -- A retired Detroit EMS paramedic who is now the president of a private ambulance company was accused of call jumping, but now an official says there is no evidence to support any concerns.

Fox 2's Taryn Asher first reported on the allegations by Detroit EMS and two private EMS companies Monday.

Wisam Zeineh helped launched a company called Medovation.  Now at the call of the DEMCA medical director, all claims against him have been dropped.

"Justice prevailed.  These were all flagrant lies and exaggerations, and they had no merit to them exactly as the medical director found today in her meeting," said Zeineh.
