CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

The former girlfriend of Joshua Miner, one of the four suspects in a double-murder in Joliet, is revealing a disturbing history.

Ivon "Dorian" Walsh said she dated Joshua Miner for over four years. During that time, she said he was a sadistic control freak who confined her to a room in his mother's home, where he starved her and abused her in other ways.

"I had a chain on my ankle, I would have bells attached to it, I had to urinate and use the bathroom in a garbage can," Walsh says.

In 2009, Walsh sought a protective order after she said Miner threatened her and her baby daughter. She was denied that order.

"He said he was gonna like cut my stomach open, with a butcher knife and said he was going to take all of my intestines out, how he was going to make a noose out of it and put it over her neck and hang her while I would be still alive watching her as I'm slowly dying watching my kid die."

Walsh said when she heard that Miner and three others were charged with killing two black men, Eric Glover and Terrence Rankins, at a party in Joliet last week; she was stunned, but not entirely surprised.

A law enforcement source says the four suspects have all now confessed.

Police said robbery was the apparent motive. They have not said anything about race being a factor, but Walsh tells me Miner did not like black people.

"His sister dated a black guy," Walsh says. "He always told me how he just wanted to kill him, kill his sister, he would tell me how he wanted to kill him mom because she was also dating a black guy. I do believe it was a racial matter."

Walsh finally broke up with Miner about four years ago, but for the four years they were together she was constantly afraid to leave him.

"He asked me three days before the killings if I would be with him again, I had said no, he goes, 'well my life is not worth living without you,'" Walsh explains. "I was (afraid to leave him) because he said he would kill my family, he would burn down their house, he would find all my family and he would them, but he wouldn't kill me until I watched my family die and then I would be the last."

Walsh says she has no knowledge of anything related to this crime, but she does believe that her ex-boyfriend probably was the ring-leader based on his past actions.

FOX 32 has learned that George Leonard who used to be Christopher Vaughn's attorney, has been hired by Alisa Massaro to represent her in this case.
