An 18-month-old girl allegedly abducted by a family member Tuesday afternoon in the Loop has been safely located, police say.
Danica Morrow was last seen in the 500 block of South Dearborn Street about noon on Tuesday, according to a police alert.
The Thursday alert said a family member with dual citizenship in the United States and Colombia took Danica, adding the relative has family in Florida and California.
On Thursday afternoon, police said the girl and her father had been located, but provided no additional information.
