Rapid changes in weather, like what we're experiencing this week, can really throw your body out of whack.
While it rained and snowed in some areas Monday, the temperature was expected to reach into the 60s by Wednesday.
FOX 29's Dr. Mike Cirigliano says you have to be adaptable when the weather swings.
After a one-two punch of snowstorms, we're left with bitter cold. Even with plenty of sunshine today, look for highs only around 30-degrees. West winds 5-10 mph with feels like temperatures in the teens. Bundle up and watch for icy patches on roads and sidewalks.
The cold stays with us for a few more days.
Then, we start tracking another potentially messy wnitry storm, set to arrive on Saturday.
