Dr. Oz has a great week of TV planned for his audience.  He is going to focus all five shows on exploring different types of fat-fighting solutions.

First up, Dr. Oz will tackle the HCG shot.  What is it?  Why would you get it?  Dr. Oz answers these questions and gives you his take on the shot.

This morning, he spoke to Mike & Sheinelle about HCG and a health topic that had Mike has little nervous.  According to a recent study, "sedentary" men had a lower sperm count that men who were a bit more active.   So, if you sit and watch lots of TV, chances are your sperm count is not as high as it could be.

Dr. Oz also lets you in on a GREAT tip that will speed up your metabolism - and it is easy!

Check out the segment and here is a clue: you take it before a meal and it comes in a variety of flavors.
