Good Day NY is talking with the candidates for mayor of New York City. On Wednesday, Tom Allon, CEO and President of Manhattan Media, sat down with GDNY to discuss his mayoral ambitions.
"We have a crumbling education system in New York and in this country. I think I have the unique skill set to fix our public education system. We have a fundamental problem that we don't train our teachers properly before they go into the classroom and we don't give them the proper training while they're in the classroom," said Allon.
