Looking for a way to save money? Raise chickens in your own backyard!
One woman is doing it on the North Side at Troy and Addison, under the guidance of expert Jennifer Murtoff.
Barbara said she wanted to conduct a more sustainable lifestyle and decided raising chickens and growing some of her own food would allow her to do so.
Apparently it's a growing trend. Who knew?
