MIAMI, FL -

The Florida woman who told off a judge returned to court Wednesday after an outburst earned her time in jail.

Penelope Soto, 18, was much more calm during her Wednesday court appearance to face drug charges.

A judge granted Soto a pre-trial release after she serves a 30-day jail sentence.

Soto was sentenced to jail time after a bizarre court appearance Monday when she cursed at a judge and even gave him the finger.

After the exchange, the judge found her in contempt of court.

You can watch the video from Wednesday's court appearance and Monday's appearance above.
