Driver leads officers on high speed chase in west valley - Philadelphia News, Weather and Sports from WTXF FOX 29

A dangerous chase on a valley freeway has come to an end. The pursuit ended on I-10 near Jackrabbit Trail in Buckeye.

Officers used a PIT maneuver to stop the SUV. This was after it already had all four tires blown out with stop sticks.

The chase began on State Route 85 and reached speeds in excess of 90 miles an hour. DPS says the suspect was driving aggressively and he refused to pull over.

The driver is in custody. It's not known why he tried to outrun officers.
